氮气保护气流分级法

此法又叫干法分级，是利用气流分级的原理来进行超细铝粉的高精分级的，为避免铝粉氧化所以在铝粉高精分级中普遍使用JZDF系列氮气保护气流分级机，气流分级的特点是能进行高精、超窄分级，特别适用球形铝粉的窄带分级。通过高精分级后，铝粉的附加值将得到大幅提高，分级后的超细铝粉能广泛用于军事、冶金、航天、化工、能源、新材料、颜料等领域。
